	Nigel was educated at Hilton College and at UCT. He started work as a trainee in a bank and soon had completed his LLB on a part-time basis. In 1980 he was admitted as an advocate of the Supreme Court and practised in Cape Town, Gaberones and Johannesburg until he was appointed as Judge of the High Court by Nelson Mandela in 1998. He is married with three children and since 2005 has been the Lay Chairman of our Board of Trustees.

	Henry James Bennett was educated at St John’s College, Wits University and Johannesburg College of Education.   He taught for a few years while studying law, which latter pursuit he followed for over 40 years until his retirement from Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr in 2009.   He has served on a number of trusts of charities and boards of commercial entities and schools (more particularly St John’s College for 24 years, a number of them as Deputy Chairman).  He was also Chairman of the Independent Schools Association of Southern Africa, and is currently, in his retirement, serving as its Legal Advisor.   He has variously been Registrar and Chancellor of the Diocese of Johannesburg for about 30 years and Deputy Registrar and Registrar of the Province for about 24 years .   He has served as Chairman of Committee of Synod of both the Diocese and the Province over much of this time.

	Born in Benoni, Ronnie was  educated in Johannesburg, at the University of the Western Cape and UNISA. He is an expert in the field of Labour legislation having served as a Commissioner at the CCMA for many years. He is involved in the Church law at both Diocesan and Provincial levels and is always ready to help the Bishop when the Diocese needs to be involved in the Labour Legislation and practice. He is married to Elizabeth and they have one son. Ronnie has been a stalwart member of Christ the King – Coronationville for many years.
