To comply with the JIF bye laws, the insured values of properties have been increased by 6%. The value of Content and laptops have not been changed. Motor vehicles have been adjusted to the latest Auto Dealers Guide book.

The premiums for the year to June 2012 have been calculated and loaded on the Website. Any manager of your portal can find them by:

·         Logging in as a manager. (If you no-one has reported for training and registration as a manager for your portal please ring Martin Louw or Rodney Taylor to arrange for training)

·         On the Managers Landing Page select “Click here to View  Account Details”.

·         Then select Property , Motor or Laptop to download details of your premium calculation. NB Only a manager of your Portal can see your details.

·         This you can print out (Control  P) and file.

George will be debiting your debtors account in September 2011-09-30 with the totals only.

We do appeal to members of the Joint Insurance Fund (JIF) to ensure that :

-          All church properties are covered by the Joint Insurance Fund, and as per the physical addresses stated on record.

-          The onus lies with the Rector/Priest/Churchwardens to ensure that the church property is sufficiently covered, in order that no average should apply in an event of a claim.
