The purpose of the Diocesan office is to provide administrative support to their leaders and churches. The aim is to build a bigger Diocese to the Glory of God.
The office is divided into 3 departments:
1. The Bishop’s office: This office is run by the Bishop's Personal Assistant, Claire Holden and Noxolo Sihlangu the Assistant Administrator to the PA.
Claire is working from the Bishop’s house from 08h00 till 12h00 from Monday till Friday. The contact details are as follows:

Telephone calls and queries for the Bishop that needs urgent attention after 12h00 can be channelled to Noxolo at the Diocesan office.
2. The Financial department: John de Reuck manages this department. For account payments contact George Boyce and for payroll enquiries contact Mandisa Nxumalo.
Problems with outstanding payments and overall problems in the financial department can speak directly to John de Reuck.

3. The Administration department: Rodney Taylor manages this department. Any appointments for him can be made with Ivy Matthews who is his PA. She is also responsible for Medical Aid, Pension Fund, Standard Bank accounts, Logistics for Synods and Conferences.
Insurance Administration - Olga Raphoto is responsible for all queries and claims for the insurance fund.
Receptionist – Boitumelo Masemola has joined the Diocesan Office she is responsible for the reception in the office.
