Parishes are required to submit 2 forms every year:

1.      Communicant Returns for 2011. This form gives details of the number of people which attended and communicated in your parish every week. Once you have downloaded the form it can be completed electronically and saved on your computer you should then e-mail a copy of the form to ivy.matthews@anglicanjoburg.org.za.

 

2.     Church Council Election Form. As soon Vestry has been held, the form should be completed, signed by all the persons elected and return by hand to the Diocesan Office or faxed to 011 3333053. A copy of the completed form should be displayed on the parish notice board and another copy filed in the parish records.

The following forms are needed by the parish from time to time

1.    Template to be completed by all new councillors and wardens. Once you have downloaded the template and saved it onto your computer with an appropriate name, it will need to be edited to the circumstances of you, your Parish and your Archdeacon.
